Our Adult Fitness Small Group Training (SGT) is designed to encompass different styles of fitness through an individualized workout. It is a blend of group training and personal training all in one platform. Each month features a new workout program designed to complement the month before.  Workouts are centered around strength, muscle building, power, mobility/flexibility, core work and conditioning.

  • Small Client to Coach Ratios— 1 coach to 6-8 clients

  • Individualized Programming—we designed your workouts based off your level of fitness and goals

  • Access to MetaBurn Cardio Classes—unlimited access to our MetaBurn classes!
