Evaluation/Assessment
Every new client starts with a Movement Assessment/Screen and a Non-Physical Assessment. The evaluation process gives our team the proper insight into you, your goals and how to create the proper plan of action to get you to achieve them.
Weight/Fat Loss
Muscle Gain
Powerlifting/Bodybuilding
Functional Movement (move better; pain free)
Training Sessions
Once we have our evaluation/assessment completed, we can then recommend a course of action that best fits your goals. We offer flexible training hours as well as all the resources needed to help you along the way. Training sessions are either 45 or 60 minutes in length. Each session is designed specially to complement your plan of action.
Personal Training Hours:
Monday-Friday 8 AM-12 PM
Saturday 7-3 PM
